APPLICANTS MUST NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO MANAGE THEM, THEY ARE EXPECTED TO TELL EACH OTHER WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND THEN MAKE CERTAIN IT IS DONE WELL.  

We are continuing with the procedure for communicating to applicants we developed in November.

First, when the applicant responds via phone text,  we respond with this statement ...

We are trying to start up a home renovation in Georgia. The Timmons house is our investment to get this business up and going. We hope to find five people that can collaborate online and run our business. This link will help explain further   https://civilsocialmedia.com/metro

November --- Applicants -- Start up procedure

1. Place an add, the  add that had the best results, other adds    

2. Use an online Google voice phone number  to conduct the initial interview via text .

3. If you think the applicant is worth while I set up a User  account with "Authenticated " role for them. 

4. Create a "Contact" with image of interview text and "hidden text" information on the applicant that is not public.

5. Send a "Privatemsg" to the applicant with a standard message and then see if the applicant will take charge.

6. Link the "Message", "Contact" and the "User" to each other.

Then take the applicants that show promise and place them in a pool called "Group."  

With in the group applicants together with investors collaborate to get done the specific business objective that was outlined at the beginning . 

Everyone can then look back at the process and and improve it, additional investors can invest if they like the results of the "Group" .

Atlanta - June 13-26 -2019

From our original proposal which began with an ad placed on Craigslist in late April of  2019, we attracted a few participants. We then changed our focus from a storage business to a service oriented business and began looking for a partner that would work from the Timmons Circle property. 

We found our first applicant  for the Timmons property and I made a trip to Atlanta  (May 24-26) to make an agreement ,only to find out that what I had been told was not true. This was a waisted effort and trip.

We returned to Georgia, payed back property taxes. and met with two applicants for the Timmons Cir Property, from a Craigslist post, this time about building a B&B.
