The name, civilsocialmedia, is temporary,  once we have a few more people collaborating with us, we will certainly come up with something better. 

The main site is civilsocialmedia.com,  and the business end is the same site with  slash  /property  at the end. 

The concept is a web-based storage-real estate investment business that is collaboratively operated by as many people as possible.

An underlining principal is that more people equals better choices and more innovation. 

We pickup, inventory, and store client items, as well as offer sales and recycling options, for them.  

About three years ago I began a similar concept  http://storeitorsellit.com/ but ran into a road block. Having learned lessons, I am now redesigning the concept as part of the civilsocialmedia.com project, by incorporating the storage platform into the e-commerce marketplace of civilsocialmedia.com. 

Besides normal storage options, we pick-up, image and catalog items, and place them in storage. If the client wishes, we can also sell items online for them, and then have them delivered when sold, or items can be picked up at selected commercial locations throughout the city.

For our locations, we negotiate for the extra commercial space a business may have, and then compensate these businesses with a portion of the storage rental fee plus a percentage of the sales price. This provides these locations with income for unused commercial space, as well as attracts customers to their store, this is paid publicity for the commercial location.  

We have Timmons Circle, in Villa Rica,  which has a house, a barn, a large 20 by 100 foot metal shed, two shipping containers + 4 acres. 

Our website will calculate storage rates, track storage items, or sell them online. 

Because of our collaborative business model, clients and employees can participate to administer our business online. In a strange way, our clients set prices, and employees set wages, on a platform overseen by investors assuring a fair return on investment.

Pick up and delivery, is accomplished the same way we contract retail locations. We will be contracting storage drivers with trucks, similarly to how Uber operates cabs, our website will offer a fleet of driver/trucks for hire, on a map to choose from. 

All aspects running from a web management platform that permits transparency, where participants can all see accounting, and manage a business, collaboratively.
