APPLICANTS MUST NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO MANAGE THEM, THEY ARE EXPECTED TO TELL EACH OTHER WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND THEN MAKE CERTAIN IT IS DONE WELL.  

We are continuing with the procedure for communicating to applicants we developed in November.

First, when the applicant responds to us via phone text,  we reply with this statement ...

We are trying to start up a home renovation business in Georgia. The Timmons house is our investment to get this business up and going. The applicant process, with a craigslist ad or a phone call, to provide basic information about our proposal.  

If we feel the applicant understands what we are doing, we then move to a more lengthy interview, and training process. This moves the conversation from a phone call or phone text to our in house site message,  privatemsg.

Openness and  transparency are critical aspects of our business platform, therefore although Privatemsg conversations are private to our website,  they are documented, and can be reviewed by other administrators working with on project. 

Finally we do an actual job with all applicants working together online. 

We invoice and make a satisfied customer, with work that can be verified by all participants. Income we generate is fairly divided by those who participate in the job done.

This sounds simple, but apparently it is not so easy, as it has been difficult for us to move  applicants to this final point.

It understandable, since all we have ever known is competition, we don't know how to collaborate. 

Under our system of business we only compete to see how well we can do our work, why?    ... Because the other participants are watching, and they (you) decide what portion of the income we generate will be yours.    

When the day comes and we actually do this, we will be off and running, generating a good stream of income, making everyone happier, including our customers.

To day our focus is on Southwest Atlanta, when we have established a proven method, we select another location, applicants to work that area, and continue to build our business.
