Caputo Brothers Creamery

Tags:

Caputo Brothers Creamery is a family-owned cheese business located in the heart of the Central Pennsylvania dairy region. Since 2011, we have produced the country's only naturally fermented cheese curds that can be stretched into fresh mozzarella - just like we learned to make in Italy! In addition, our whey-based ricotta and aged cheeses are also created in the traditional Italian style.

Pine View Dairy

Pine View Dairy, previously Pine View Acres Dairy, has been a part of the Lancaster County community since 1971. Brothers John and Larry Hess and Larry’s wife Janet, started the store on their family farm. They invited the consumers onto their farm, to watch the cows being milked and to “shop local” at its finest. Fresh milk and rich ice cream are the twin pillars that have made it a local favorite since the beginning. Although each of the founders are still involved, they have taken a step back.

Maplehofe Dairy Farm Store

The Maplehofe story began with the Glick family farm, developed in 1948 by Aaron and Susie Glick. We built the existing Quarryville store and the original processing plant in 1974 to meet the growing demand for our farm fresh milk and eggs. In 1999 we added a dairy stand and bulk food stand at the historic Lancaster Central Market. The dairy started an expansion project in 2015 and opened a new processing plant in Quarryville at the beginning of 2016.
