Our one-of-a-kind ‘blend in’ ice creams were an instant hit and Thomas Sweet became a fixture in the town of Princeton and in the hearts and minds of generations of Thomas Sweet fans.

Carter & Cavero are the family names of two women–Mary Randolph Carter & Mercedes Cavero Wall — one from Virginia, one from Peru–both mothers, both working women with a shared passion for healthy cooking and eating. Their paths first crossed more than a decade ago at a wedding in a small Mediterranean village.

For over 41 years, families from all over have come to Cherry Hill Orchards to view the beautiful countryside and pick fresh, tree ripened fruit directly from our fruit farm trees. Our Orchard Events provide plenty of things to do for kids while visiting Lancaster, PA.
