About this is new business concept This is a prototype for collaborative business administration platform. Since this has never been done before, we have some parameters, but are mostly making this up as we go. Please take the initiative, take charge, your comments and suggestions are what shape this platform and method. BASIC INFO We have a property in Villa Rica that is part of our collaborative business model. Initially, the business will market and provide building services in the management and construction fields for Macon and Atlanta. I am a web developer and live in Pennsylvania, I operate the website civilsocialmedia.com that is the business management platform. We provide a location to do business from, marketing, accounting, and logistics We are looking for persons that will operate territories in the Metro-Atlanta area, boots on the ground that would help to coordinate the work done. 1. We placed a second ad on Craigslist , and had several responders. Andrew Hearns (Jay) leased the property in Villa Rica as part of our partnership. If all works as expected we will start collecting service providers, start marketing for them, and sending crews out to work soon. It also appears that the original storage concept is not dead, and we are looking for someone to head this up. It is good to not to forget the the website is a management platform, and can be used to manage any type of business. History... Although I have been working on different versions of this concept for about ten years, we began this May (2019), with a Craigslist post looking for partners in a storage concept associated with the Timmons Circle property in Villa Rica. Generated our first income by leasing the property in Villa Rica to Andrew who will partner with us in Atlanta In summary, there are a lot of people looking to do work. Once we have defined crews for each area, we can start marketing that specific area. We are starting with Macon because this is where Deon is, and he is working that area. After our trip to Atlanta, we are now back building a marketing database in Macon, as well as contacting the many new respondents to our last Craigslist ad. There is no shortage of skilled carpenters, plumbers or any of the many other skills needed in construction and maintenance, what we now need are people with marketing and management skills. So, if you are a service provider lets set up your work profile, and if you know anyone that can use social media, let us know, we need them to help us with marketing. |
