We manage our business 100% online - there is not the normal face to face interaction of most businesses. There is not a boss, and if someone is telling you what to do we hope that this ends as soon as possible.

This is what is called bottom up management. You must take the information we give you and lead, then you tell us what to do. First start with yourself, become independent and take charge, then lead others.
