Born in the imagination of founder, Spencer Hurd, Whiskey Ginger Men’s Shop began with a spark of inspiration. Spencer was living near Frankfurt, Germany, when his view of men’s clothing changed forever. Men’s style abroad made a statement.

Designed to fill a void in the menswear industry and ended up creating a new genre of shopping called modern bespoke. Founded in 2010 by John Ballay and Matt Mueller, Knot Standard combines a unique high tech approach to traditional tailoring. With our emphasis on giving each customer exceptional service in all aspects of the custom process, we create a luxury menswear experience unlike any other.

Colin Hunter and Peyton Jenkins, who met at the University of Virginia, began the company in 2009 in New York City. With both being from Virginia, Hunter from Charlottesville, they already have customers in the area.

Ezra Paul Lizio-Katzen has been working in men's clothing for the past 15 years and after working for Armani, Zegna, and Saks Fifth Avenue, among others, he decided to expand upon his knowledge of the industry and launched Ezra Paul Clothing in 2010.

Started in 1965 by Craig Fox and William Frank, Wm Fox & Co set out with the mission to bring Washington's gentlemen the finest clothing and furnishings from around the world. With William leaving the business in the 70's, Craig vowed to keep his dream alive to create the best men's shop in Washington. Wm Fox became a true family business with Craig's youngest son Ryan joining the business in 2006.

After just four years of having a storefront in Athens, Onward Reserve has opened six stores and is now producing its own clothing line.

An online retailer of better-fitting menswear, based in Washington, DC. We launched in December of 2009, in a 10'x10' subleased office space in Georgetown, just a few blocks away from our current offices and showroom.

An upstart men's clothing retailer with stores in Boston, Chicago, D.C., Atlanta, Denver and online. Through our own custom clothing line, our mission is to help men feel comfortable and confident in the clothes they wear. The company's vision is to build a long-standing national clothing brand.

As a result of our deep relationships with luxury houses (such as Zegna and Loro Piana), we purchase these fabrics in bulk, directly from the source - allowing us to provide our clients with the highest quality products at ultra-competitive prices. We have also developed our own proprietary fabrics to further bring outstanding quality, selection, and savings to our clients.
