Carpet Café

Carpet Café is a company established in the year 2000, at the location of historical old city of Istanbul. The Carpet Café started as an oriental rug store, featuring hand knotted Turkish carpet and kilim. We have been traveling around Turkey during winter time to collect our beautiful handmade rugs directly from the people in the village who make them. After so many years dealing with carpets we started to expand our business and we added beautiful hand made and hand designed Turkish lamp art to our store inventory since 2006.

Old Candle Barn

John and Fannie Beiler began making candles in their basement in the late 60’s. The candle making business expanded so rapidly that they moved the candle operation three times before settling in Intercourse.
