I was born and raised in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Hazleton High School in 1971. After this, I attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1975, before attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and graduating with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1978.
