The orthodontic practice was started in the 1950's by my late father, Dr. Bruce T. Mathias, and was relocated from downtown Harrisburg to its present location in 1960. After graduating from Trinity High School in 1976, I followed the path to North Front Street via Bucknell University (1980), the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland (1984), completing my formal education with a masters degree in orthodontics from Georgetown University in 1989. I joined my father that year and after ten years together, he retired "unofficially."
