John A. Feichtel returned to his roots in Central Pennsylvania to deliver practical and sensible legal advice to his clients. Peter J. Russo is the founder and sole shareholder in The Law Offices of Peter J. Russo, P.C. Mr. Russo earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Marist College in New York and was awarded his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted, in good standing, to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Flynn earned a BS degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Shippensburg State University. Later, he turned financing theory into practice at a private Wall Street investment banking firm before returning to Harrisburg to found the Flynn Group.

Ed founded the firm in 1994 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. With an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and a Masters of Science and Taxation (MST) from Georgetown University, Ed started his career in public accounting at the international accounting firms of Deloitte Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers, specializing in executive financial planning and taxation. He subsequently developed financial planning services at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
