Incorporated was established in 1983 as a small family business under the name B & G Distributing Company. We slowly grew the company employing members of the Gregory family almost exclusively until 2003. We began selling online in 2001.

Phillips directly serves central and southeastern Pennsylvania, western Maryland and northeastern West Virginia. We also provide national distribution and product service through our vendor and dealer partners located throughout the United States.
