Civilsocialmedia.com is a unique database driven platform that permits collaborative business administration. We will use this platform to operate the storage business represented in Storeitorsellit.com,  providing service to metro Atlanta.

Consider the storage business as a real estate holding company, and then look into these two new approaches to the storage business model...   Makespace and Clutter,  (funded by Angel list.)  

In urban settings, storage is a costly necessity, we intend on converting the money spent on this service into an asset by giving the client control of the business.   

Social media technology will make business administration more efficient, collaborative, and open, thus providing investors and customers with better returns, products and services.  

A well run company should respond quickly to innovation and client needs, thus finding ways of making clients integral to how an enterprise is run can be very beneficial.     

Consider a storage business that is client managed through a unique online administrative platform, permitting client collaboration.

We are offering storage client/admin account's, that are governed by the terms of a sales agreement.

This group of initial clients will participate in governing the enterprise. We will start with a property we have in Villa Rica Georgia, and offer "storage with a view," for students of Georgia Tech and State Universities as well as Residents of the Midtown and Downtown area.   

Clients who lease  storage space, under a three month pre-paid agreement will have these three benefits. 

1. Clients control 1/3 of this enterprise, and operate the business with other clients on our website.

2. If you choose, we will sub lease your space at a profit for you.

3. An equal and proportionate value of the business enterprise is yours.

4.  Your storage rental fee will never increase.

These four benefits are intentionally vague, as they are given to the interpretation of management, with which you participate.   


The software and concept focuses on two primary tasks,

1. The interface with our storage clients. 

2. Integration of logistics and management of the enterprise.

The goal is therefore two fold, that there be a fully automated solution for storage and an open collaborative framework for management. It is in order to initiate an operate this collaborative management interface that 1/3 of the enterprise is given to client management.  

Task One ... apply current online database technology to the storage business.

We are proposing to build a real estate holding company, that funds it's acquisitions' from the income of the storage service.   

An innovative approach to storage as a service, that incorporates Uber-type pickup and delivery services, with an inventory, and a sales platform to offer more options, to storage clients.

Task Two... apply technology to the management methodology.

The administrative platform incorporates collaborative media technology, that provides real time information about the goings on of the business. Much is said about the power of collaboration, here investors and clients have an open and participatory platform from which they can overlook and direct the process of the enterprise.

This is possibly the first use of a collaborative open source method of business administration.
