Getting paid for adding "Items For Sale "

How to add items video needs updating
We will initially focus on the delivery of food and supplies, with free delivery twice a week. We are building a robust list of items that drivers can pick up and deliver twice a week, more as volume increases. Payments are online and customers can include a tip. Drivers will be paid a flat fee per delivery, along with tips.
I was able to post, with ease, five products in fifteen minutes. These were with pre-edited images that were ready for upload, at $15/hour this comes out to twenty per hour, or 75¢ each.
The addition of products to the site could be a specific job description or something done in the spare time by delivery drivers. This would require you to provide images for us to edit and afterward you would manage the promotion and sale of these items. You would receive a commission of that sale which would be payed against the fee that we pay you for posting items.
Let's say you posted 100 items, that would have been a payment of $75 dollars to you. If the sale of those items produces commissions of $125 then you would receive the difference of fifty dollars. This would encourage you to manage and promote the items that you post for sale, as well as provide adequate customer service.
You could establish a micro-business for yourself; managing items for sale inside different localities or just in your own community.
Because we are managed by the direct collaboration of all users, the value or percentage of these commissions for product items are established and regulated through user collaboration.
