Bailey Coach

When John Bailey’s uncle, Glenn Bailey started arranging train tours to the Chicago World’s Fair in 1933, he laid the groundwork for Bailey Travel Service. Glenn and his brother, Fred, founded Bailey Travel Service in April, 1949 and operated the business together until the late 1970s when they passed the torch to their nephew and son, John Bailey. In 2010, Bailey Travel merged with Lancaster based Travel Time Travel, owned and operated by Shaun Balani. During this time, they purchased York based Travel Leaders and in April of 2016, they purchased Fox Valley Travel. These expansions were made with the goal of offering their travel services to more clients in a greater area and becoming the largest family owned travel agency in South Central Pennsylvania. John’s daughter, Courtney Bailey, is their Client Relations Director, making it a three-generation company. Today, John & Shaun successfully operate Travel Time Travel with locations in York and Lancaster, employing over 36 employees.
