As of today, this November, we have over 25 active applicants. Our concept is both liked, and difficult to understand, its going to be a slow process.

This trip, we may have not find someone that can be responsible for what needs to be done in Atlanta.
We ask as a prerequisite that applicants be able to communicate with us, understand the concept, and then show proof they can operate all aspects of the management platform.
Still, when this person shapes up, everyone will be in place, and our business will move quickly.
 

Most applicants are either interested in the Timmons property, or have skills that will be helpful for our remodeling concept, no one has taken a shine to our ideas for a storage business. Two applicants have an Idea for an Intentional Community for the property which sound promising, but we have not been able to get clear details for what it is they intend. Our core focus has clearly moved to the remodeling business, in Southwest Atlanta, and those ideas are shaping up nicely. We have a couple of good applicants for the Timmons property that could also do well.
