Come up with a business plan - make a video to explain it -  then fund it -  then find the people needed to get the business up and going.      

1. Place an ad,

2. Use an online Google voice phone number  to conduct the initial interview via text .

3. If you think the applicant is worth while I set up a User  account with "sales" role for them. 

4. Create a "contact" with image of interview text and "hidden text" information on the applicant that is not public.

5. Send a Privatemsg to the applicant with a standard message and then see if the applicant will take charge.

6. Link the "message", "contact" and the "user" to each other.

Then take the applicants that show promise and place them in a pool called "group". There applicants. manages and investors collaborate to get done the specific business objective that was outlined at the beginning . 

Managers can then look back at the process and and improve it, investors can invest if they like the results of the "group" .
