Unified professionals

Marketing sent to prospect clients

The proposal...

The Latin phrase, "quid pro quo," represents a fair exchange between two people, and is the basis of our economy.

This simple exchange between two people became the basis of trade guilds, where craftsmen, and professionals help each other in business. This is the standard practice for the most trusted tradespeople in a community, and is the bases of networking.

Today, technology permits us to conduct this exchange over the internet, giving us a wider network to work with and a transparent platform for accounting to measure the value of each exchange between collaborating participants.

Our proposal is simple, create a local group of real estate related service providers that are willing to work together under one online platform which provides marketing, billing, and logistics for work done.

A unified group of business minded professionals that support each other, and do business on one platform which they control and manage.

Working in all aspects of the real estate business ...  construction, maintenance, sales, and rentals, as a single business helping each other prosper in each aspect of business.

The common task of administering, logistics, marketing, customer relations, billing, and accounting is overseen by participating professionals via our online platform.

Two separate yet interrelated sites, our main site is civil social media.com and acts as a social media portal, and a marketing tool... think social media but more serious, without the cat videos. Then there is the private backend business site with accounting, and logistics.

We create locations for a market area, then add comments about the contacts at the location, along with follow-up sales information. We can then all add private notes about the location, or the contacts intentions, further building our marketing data and prospects.

This way, when we provide service to a location, we will have a history, and maybe a relation which has worked with a client in the past.

When work is done for a location, a log is kept for both the customer, and service provider for later reference.

We build a network, all while promoting your work and business.

The process of a work order is simple and transparent, with all aspects carefully documented.

First, we get as much information as possible about the job to be done. We create a clear proposal which is reviewed by our service providers, in order to quote a price.

If acceptable, supplies and materials are purchased, and a start date is set.

The customer is given an exact time of arrival, with images of the work in process, and an invoice for the days work to be paid online, until work is completed.

No muss, no fuss.

The most important aspect of this process is that you are in charge both as a customer, and a service provider.

If you are a service provider, our unique platform permits collaboration, you decide what work is accepted, what to charge, how we spend our money, and the direction of our business.

We hope you will become part of the service we provide.

Thank you for watching.
