Four driver/shoppers in DC are ready to go ---  now we need marketing, sales and customer service help.  

There are a lot of people looking for work, drivers, marketing and sales people are easy to find, and there is a strong demand for our service.   
'Huge spike in demand'   

Local businesses are closing down and can not reach customers, our service is in a unique position to help. But we need people that can lead and manage what we are doing,  marketing, sales and logistics are complicated and our workers need guidance.

Our big road block is management, we need people that can lead! 

Because what and how we do what we do has never been done before, nobody yet understands this enough to help us manage others.

Therefor if you "get it", if you see what we are doing and have an "aha moment"----

How we operate... 

We offer customers free delivery and pay drivers per delivery, we fund this through commissions, markups, and donations.    

Marketing--- The site works as a CRM, and is used for marketing.  Marketing people are paid to add items and locations, they make calls and provide customer service. Plus they get a commission of the sales generated from the items, locations and contacts they post.

Items for sale can be things in your home or from a store, commissions are negotiated or a mark up added. 

Shopping and Delivery--  Each driver has a territory that is within a short distance from their home, minimizing driving distances for more efficient service. Delivery orders post to the drivers inbox  and they can choose to take the delivery, it is first come first serve.   

Drivers can be more proactive and take charge of their territory.  Drivers can start by wearing all hats, they can take charge of marketing, sales and management. They can run the logistics and manage staff in their territory,  expanding a business just as though they were an independent franchise. 

This would be the ideal  "local to local" scenario, managers of territories build friendly relationships with the businesses and people of the neighborhoods they work with. Neighborhoods would expect more than a delivery boy, they would have a trusted personal shopper.
