I am a central Pennsylvania native, having grown up in Hummelstown. I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shippensburg University, a Master’s degree in psychology from Penn State and my law degree from the Widener University School of Law. I attended law school a little later in life, which means I have years of experience working with people in different areas. I think my extensive non-legal experience working with people has made me a better lawyer. I opened my own law practice in July 2013 after working at a larger firm in Harrisburg for eleven years.

Rob Kline has been practicing law in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since 1990. In 1996, he opened a private practice in the heart of his hometown, New Cumberland. He is a graduate of Trinity High School; Hampden-Sydney College, Virginia; and the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond.

In 1973, Henry McKonly, Jr.; Clarence Asbury; and Thomas Rigling, II left successful careers with one of the largest, well-known accounting firms in the midstate. They established their own accounting firm with the goal of providing high-quality service based on greater responsiveness and interaction with the client.
