Ciesco, Inc. was established in Harrisburg, PA in June of 1987. The core vision was to create a full service supply company that would not only stock and distribute building products for the commercial and residential market in an environment where the Central PA contractors were used to buying direct from the manufacturers, but also provide pre and post sales service to fulfill their overarching needs.

Fran Taylor started selling cars in his mid 20’s with one of the top Toyota and Jeep dealerships in the Mid-Atlantic region. With his enthusiastic fervor Fran was salesman of the month from the start and was consistently salesman of the year, often Fran-Taylor-BioPHotoselling more than 50 units a month. After getting the attention of executives at Toyota, Fran was hired by Toyota of Canada to teach his selling skills all across Canada and has worked with some of the biggest dealers in the USA.

George and Virginia's Story: In the spring of 1954, George A. Kint was working at Pennsy Supply in Harrisburg, PA. One day he was approached by Bill Muller to purchase a very small fire extinguisher business. Bill was getting ready to retire and wanted someone with integrity to take care of his customers. After much convincing, and approval of his wife Virginia, they bought the company on March 9th, 1954. This is the same year Ray Kroc started McDonalds and Sports Illustrated released their first issue. Not bad company, huh? Soon George and Virginia would need more room for equipment.

With over twenty-five years of self-employed experience in the transportation industry and four young daughters, the bright idea was hatched to start Harrisburg’s first limousine service!

Vision Group Ventures was formed in 2000 by Steven D. Brand, Jeffery C. Camp, Richard S. Powell and Patrick R. Walborn, principals of Advanced Investments, LLC. and Tiger Associates, Inc. They have offices in Plymouth Meeting and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
