Salt Caves and Saunas have positive influence on Mental and Physical Health. Breathing a Fresh breath of the Salt filled air not only keeps us Young and Rejuvenated but also allows us to think more clearly, sleep more soundly, and stay healthier. All sessions are quiet dark room sessions with no talking no electronics (includes cellphones) unless stated otherwise. Talking and kid session must be pre-arranged.
