Fredrick D. Fischer is the founder and President of Fischer Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Fischer is the Senior Portfolio Manager and serves as head of the firm’s investment committee.

Mr. Fischer earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance from Purdue University in 1973. He also earned a Master of Science in Management (i.e. M.B.A) from Purdue University in 1975. He was born June 5, 1951.

River Wealth Advisors is an independent, fee-only, SEC-registered investment advisor. As fee-only asset managers we do not receive any commissions for transactions. What that means for our clients is that we provide objective wealth management advice, based solely on the merits of the investment. Immediately prior to originating the firm, Mr. Roof was Executive Vice President of Fulton Bank, heading that organization’s Investment Management and Trust Services division for approximately five years.
