Our law firm maintains two offices for the convenience of our clients and utilizes state of the art equipment in order to carry out our goal of prompt and high quality legal service. In the late summer of 2002, Kerwin and Kerwin will have completed a renovation and construction project which doubles the size of its Elizabethville Law Office.

Our law firm dates back to the 1950s. During the time since our firm was founded, the partners and associates at Foreman & Caraciolo have been highly recognized in the Harrisburg community and throughout Pennsylvania. We are proud that employees of our firm and its predecessor have become a judge, local government officials, a member of the state legislature, as well as a member of Congress.

Eddie's Company Inc. was started in 1972. It consists of Eddie's Men Store, Ruth Wardrobe Inc. (a South Carolina based retail clothing store), Eddie's Furniture Store and E.T.E. Inc. (a real estate corporation). After graduating from high school in Hampton, South Carolina, Eddie ventured to Downtown York to open his first retail store Eddie's Mod Shop. In 1974, Eddie and his father opened a second clothing store (in his hometown) Hampton, South Carolina. That same year Eddie moved his first clothing store from York to Downtown Harrisburg in search for a better opportunity.
